Set up Email on Your Android-based Device
1.
Open your device's email application.
2.
If you already have an email account set up, press Menu and tap
Accounts. Press Menu again and tap Add account.
3.
Type your Email address and Password, and
click Next.
4.
Tap POP3.
5.
Use these settings for your incoming server:

Use these settings for your outgoing server:

Select Require sign-in and make sure your Username (your
full email address) and Password are correct. Tap Next.
8.
Tap Next again. Name your account and enter the name you want to display
on outgoing messages.
9.
Tap Done.
That's
it. If everything is working OK, you should see some email messages. To make
sure you can send messages, go ahead and compose an email and send it to
yourself.
To
Set up Email on Your Windows Phone
1.
From the home screen, swipe to the right, tap Settings, tap email
& accounts, and then tap add an account.
2.
Tap advanced setup.
3.
Enter your email address and password, and then tap Next.
4.
Tap internet email account.
5.
Use these settings:

Make sure Outgoing server requires authentication is
selected.

Make sure Use the same user name and password for
sending email is selected.

Tap sign in.
That's it. If
everything is working OK, you should see some email messages. To make sure you
can send messages, go ahead and compose an email and send it to yourself.
To set up your email account manually, make sure that you know the email settings for your account.
If you don't know them, you can contact us. Then follow these steps:
If Mail can't find your email settings, then you need to enter them manually. Tap Next, then follow these steps:

On the iPhone home screen select "Settings".

In the "Settings" window select "Mail, Contacts,
Calendars".
·
Within the "Accounts" section, select "Add
Account..."
·
Next select "Other".
·
Select "Add Mail Account".
·
Specify the relevant: Name, Email address, Password and Account
description.
·
In the "New account" Select "POP".
·
Within the "New Account" window for the "Incoming
Mail Server" use the following:

Host Name: aims.email
·
User Name: mailboxname@yourdomain.com
·
Password: ********* (mailbox password)
·
Within the "New Account" window for the "Outgoing
Mail Server" use the following:

Host Name: aims.email
·
User Name: mailboxname@yourdomain.com
·
Password: ********* (mailbox password)
·
Click and when prompted select "No" for "Do you
want to try setting up the account without SSL?"
·
Click "Save"
